Our services are transitioning toward a convenient Dry Hire model, giving customers the freedom to create and style their own event using our collection of picnic and event equipment.

Boho Picnic & Event Equipment Dry Hire
Hire from our collection of boho picnic and event equipment and create your celebration your way.
Suitable for birthdays, baby showers, bridal celebrations, date nights, family gatherings, workplace events and other special occasions.
Equipment can be collected as Dry Hire, allowing customers to style and arrange their event themselves.
Grazing Platters
Fresh, beautifully presented grazing platters are available for celebrations, workplace gatherings, picnics and special occasions.
Platters can be ordered separately or combined with an equipment hire booking.
Setup & Pack-DownLimited Availability
For a limited time, Willow & Ark Events may also be able to facilitate the setup and pack-down of hired equipment.
This service is subject to availability and is charged at an additional 40% of the applicable Dry Hire price.
Customers should enquire regarding availability when booking.
